MATERIALS:
1 Coke can
2 straws
1 candle
Adhesive paste or play dough
Styrofoam
PROCESS:
_ First, to make a steam boiler cut the cola can and make a rectangular plate.
_ Fold the plate in half
_Cut out about half a cm sections from both sides of the upper part of the plate.
_After cutting, fold the remaining parts inward.
_Cover the sides of the plate with adhesive paste or play dough to prevent air from entering.
_Close the sides of the plates over.
_Wrap the straws with playing dough and place them inside the open part of the plate.
_The mechanism must not leak the air.Check it by blowing straws.
_Remove a piece from the middle part of the styrofoam.
_Place the steam boiler in the empty part of the styrofoam.
_Stick the straws to the bottom of the styrofoam.
Cut off the excess parts of the straws .Make a hole in the back of the steam boiler where the candle will sit
_Put water into the straws with a syringe to fill the boiler with water
_Leave the ship in the water.
